Arrival: Sarah came to us in April of 2012

Diagnosis/Treatment: Multiple seizures and G-Button.

Nurse: Nurse Jane and Sarah have been together for over four years.

Favorites: Her favorite color is blue. She loves her big brother and big sister. She is on the cheer squad and plays in the Special Olympics!
